Very horrible experience First off Sammy is amazing, and that’s where is stopped, was purchasing a BMW X6 had financing thru my credit union and was told that they could match First off Sammy is amazing, and that’s where is stopped, was purchasing a BMW X6 had financing thru my credit union and was told that they could match my interest rate, not the case wasted 2 hours on a Saturday at the dealership and was told that they could not match my rate from credit union.... signed the contract to purchase vehicle but had to wait until Monday when my bank opened to get funds transferred to dealership, my credit union called dealership 3 times and finally got a call back saying the car was sold...... Scott Moewe was rude and very un professional, I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership.... More

We were looking for a BMW X Series for our daughter. We gave Steve very particular criteria that we wanted. About six weeks later, he called us with a vehicle that he thought fit the bill. We drove there that evening, granted we live 100 miles away from Yark in COLDWATER, MICHIGAN, we test drove the car and signed the papers that evening. Now, that is GREAT SERVICE! How wonderful that Steve kept his eye out for exactly what we were looking for and followed through by informing us about the vehicle. We keep coming back to Yark when we want to purchase a BMW even though we have a closer BMW Dealership to us in KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN and we ALWAYS ask for STEVE MESSENGER to be our salesman. We also had a very nice young man, MASON, go over the vehicle and its features with us. He was lovely to work with. In addition, we worked with ADAM MALLET on the financing end of things. This is the first time we dealt with Adam and he was great, not only professional, but knowledgable and really nice! Finally, we also work with your fantastic service team as well. We actually have a total of six BMW's with this new purchase. The guys, KEITH, DAVE, JOHN & KYLE are sincerely a pleasure to deal with. So I must say, that we are a BMW family that includes Yark BMW into our family with all the amazing people who work with us with all of our BMW needs. More
Could be better I had a good deal on my BMW, salesperson was nice, I was happy. But car was not clean looked like dust or sand (dashboard, seats), salesperson told me I had a good deal on my BMW, salesperson was nice, I was happy. But car was not clean looked like dust or sand (dashboard, seats), salesperson told me car will be clean next day when I will pick it up, I paid down payment signed papers and drove home. On next day car looked the same, salesperson told me this is the best they can do, but he saw that I am not really happy about it, and he gave me BMW interior cleaner, very nice, but makes me think, you bought car you signed papers clean it by yourself dear customer, our job is done. I was happy to drive my BMW for few days, but iDrive (screen), showed I have too much motor oil, I had to go to local dealership to find out what happening, they took about half a gallon extra motor oil out of my engine (too much oil is bad for your engine), 2 hours and $50 dollars later, iDrive shows good level of oil. Next time I maintained my car I took their car to drive because it would take 3 or 4 days to do their job, I drove back home and realized I have keys from my car in my pocket, I called BMW of Toledo told them about keys and guy on the phone was almost laughing, I know it is very funny, when dealership can not verify that they dont have keys from a customers car that they will work on, so I had to drive back in Toledo about 45 minutes and back home. A week ago I noticed coolant leak, and "check engine" light was on. I drove to BMW of Toledo to maintain my car, they told me it will take few days, so I took loaner car. Loaner car smelled like dumpster, like somebody would drink and smoke in the car (2018 BMW 320i), when I think about BMW I dont think about trash smell. But ok it is just my preferences, maybe some people like it I dont know, I am not one of them specially I dont want that smell in premium brand. In few days BMW of Toledo called me and said car is ready and price over $2200 (I dont mind to pay if my car will be fixed), drove 45 minutes, when I arrived my car was in ice and snow (I called and told them I will be in Toledo in 45-60 minutes) they told me they cleaned a wrong car. I paid for repairs, cleaned up my car, started up my car and "check engine" is still on. Talked to dealership, and after 30 minutes they told me they are not sure why "engine check" is still on, probably sensor. But I am customer, if you told me the car is ready it should be ready specially when I am paying so much money, and I drive 45 minutes to BMW dealership to maintain my car thinking those mechanics are professionals (about 65% of price I paid is labor), and make those silly mistakes like overfill motor oil or "check engine" light still was on when they called me and said my car is ready, so they dont make sure that problem is gone before they call customer, I am sorry I dont get it. So I drove back home on their loaner car, on next day my car was fixed. They said we are sorry and etc. I like BMW as a brand, I love to drive BMW and I will buy BMW again, and I will maintain my car in BMW of Toledo, BUT PLEASE Yark BMW of Toledo work on those problems that I wrote in my review, I dont want that customer experience. I hope Yark BMW of Toledo will read this review, I dont write this review to keep people away from this dealership. I just want you guys to be better, and you can be better, but for now just 2 stars.
