Customer service was great, quality of mechanical was not. Dropped my car off for recalls. Received a call roughly 40 minutes before they closed that my car was ready to be picked up, so I headed right over. When I got in my car, the service engine soon light was on, it was never on prior to dropping it off. I figured maybe it just needed a moment to reset and with them closing, I just left. The drive home was horrible! My engine was bouncing, it was revving all over the place and driving like it never had before since there were NOT problems I had prior. I called my husband in tears and luckily made it home for him to look at. Luckily, he is a mechanic so it took him no time to realize that my mass air flow sensor had been left completely out of place. This is a huge oversight! He was able to fix it and reset the service engine light, but the fact that he even had too do this is what waa concerning. Again, my customer service level was great, but the quality of work was not so much, so I'm indifferent as to if I would ever recommend anyone here. More

The car clearly had the transmission grinding issue when it was put on the lot, advertised and sold to an 18 year old High School student. It now makes sense as to why you accepted my offer for the car even though it was a good but under what book value was that I had researched when negotiating the deal for my Daughter, you knew and just wanted to unload the car on someone so that they would have to deal with fixing the issue rather than doing the right thing and fixing it! There is no way that the car did not have the issue when it was sold to us because the very first time we got up to speed, which can not be achieved unless you are on the 4 lane highway, and was able to shift from 4th to 5th it made the grinding sound! Your response of offering to fix it under the 50/50 warranty is insulting and shameful at best because you know it should have been fixed 100% by you but your slimy rip-off tactics have left a 18 year old high school senior that only works part time faced with potentially having to fix the problems because you refuse to. Had an issue popped up after we had made the 4.5 hour trip back to PA and had some miles on the car then I would be happy to accept the offer of the 50/50 repair but it did not appear after a several hour drive home to PA but rather appeared as soon as the car was taken up to enough speed that you needed to shift from 4th th 5th. It is as if you do not understand english or the fact that "The grinding issue was wrong with the car when it was sold to us"! Please explain to me and anyone that reads this review or is unfortunate enough to buy from your dealership why this repair should be paid for at all by myself or my 18 year old daughter when it was sold to us with this transmission grinding issue? More

First time bmw experience/new owner This was our first BMW purchase. We drove almost 2 hrs to see some vehicles, because I thought they had some of the best BMW deals, based on my intern This was our first BMW purchase. We drove almost 2 hrs to see some vehicles, because I thought they had some of the best BMW deals, based on my internet research. Our salesman, Steve Messinger was very nice and not pushy. He was patient with our 3 kids in tow. When he showed us a couple vehicles, I knew right away which one was the one, and the kids loved it too! Steve and the finance guy stayed over 2 hrs after closing to help us close our deal. I know how important family time is, so I valued that. I would recommend these guys for your BMW needs! More

My BMY recall experience I chose to take our 328 to BMW of Toledo after receiving a recall, not only did they repair the current issue they also fixed two more recalls that I I chose to take our 328 to BMW of Toledo after receiving a recall, not only did they repair the current issue they also fixed two more recalls that I didn’t know about. BMW of Toledo also did a thorough check of my vehicle letting me know of a few issues that needed my attention and even washed my Beamer. I highly recommend this particular dealership over any other in my area. More
