We do try our best to post pictures of our vehicles online to depict the most accurate conditions possible and it seems the damage you are referring to may have been difficult to notice because of its location. Your salesperson communicated with you throughout the purchase process and followed up with you after the delivery of your vehicle and there was no mention of any issues. All pre-owned vehicles are delivered with at least a half tank of gas. Please know that we pride ourselves in providing the best possible customer service experience to all of our customers. We apologize for your experience and that it has led you to leaving us a negative review. Customer satisfaction is always our #1 priority and regret that this was not that case with you. When you dropped your vehicle off for your recall, we later informed you of other repairs that were needed. You mentioned that your husband had a repair shop and you would see if he would be able to do these repairs. We then called to inform you that your vehicle was ready for pick-up later in the day and offered to have you pick-up in the morning because of the weather conditions that night. You picked the vehicle up that night and we were never informed of any issues you were having with your vehicle on your drive home. We, again, apologize for the quality of repair you may have received and we assure you that we have taken measures to ensure something like this will not happen again in the future. We hope that you will allow us another opportunity to serve you again and regain your trust back in our company.

Mr. Wills, again we truly apologize your experience has led to you leaving us a negative review. Please know that we pride ourselves in providing the best possible customer service experience to all of our customers. You were offered a warranty but declined at time of purchase. The vehicle does come with a 50/50 dealership warranty but work can only be done at our dealership. When the vehicle started making the grinding noise, you were close enough to our dealership to have turned around so one of our technicians could have taken a look. We did explain that we would honor the limited warranty provided by the dealership because there was no manufacturer’s warranty remaining or warranty purchased. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we have tried our best to make sure your experience was anything but less than satisfactory.
