Quite a few things have changed in the 20 years of my being a customer I understand the need to be profitable I do feel as thought changes should come to those of us which are affected by the change I was thinking maybe i need to look into a different dealership when my lease is up, this was not the first time that lack of information affected me. John and Keith handled my situation in a most pleasant and helpful way. I gave me faith in the dealership again. Thank you both More

not honest in the condition of their cars Autotrade listed their car as having 4 miles. I made an offer on that information. In reality it had over 1000 miles and was a loaner. Be careful Deceptive sales tactics . When I addressed issue with Sales Manager he responded “oh well you signed” . I filed a formal complaint with BMW. Over the Deceptive sales tactics . Over the years my family has purchased nearly 10 BMW’s ( from other BMW dealerships) I would take pupilc transportation before purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. BE CAREFUL !! More
Did I “really” need the services performed? What started as an oil change and brake fluid bleed, ended up being spark plugs ($460), Fuel Injection Cleaning, ($275), Fuel Induction Cleaning ($400 What started as an oil change and brake fluid bleed, ended up being spark plugs ($460), Fuel Injection Cleaning, ($275), Fuel Induction Cleaning ($400), and a combined monthly le other things. Based on 60,000 mile “recommendations”, I walked out with a $1700 bill, and denied or deferred two other services recommended for another $700. I researched these services afterwards (shame on me) and apparently could have done for much less, if at all. Not a great feeling. Lesson learned. I hope this work was absolutely necessary. More
