Mr. Becker, the vehicle you sent a lead on was a service loaner. After communicating about your trade in, we reached out with a quote to purchase the vehicle. Our Client advisor followed up that email with a phone call letting you know the current miles of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the miles on our service loaners are always changing as they are used daily. 3rd party sites won't always reflect the most up to date information, but BMW of Toledo page correctly depicts the vehicle you had reached out on. After addressing the miles, we let you know we could work a new quote on a vehicle that was not a service loaner, we apologize for any miscommunication.

We hope that our sales manager was able to explain your paperwork to you more clearly. You sent in a lead on a vehicle, we then showed you numbers on that vehicle for which you agreed and then purchased the vehicle. Our sales manager was there the day you took delivery of the vehicle and no issues were brought up at that time. Your wife mentioned that she had a great experience while at our dealership. Again, accept our sincere apology and please know that it is never our intention to make any of our guests feel less than satisfied when leaving our dealership.
