Great service. I went in for my warranty scheduled oil change and they reminded me that a brake flush was needed and also included for free. They actually finished twenty mins quicker than expected. It was time for an oil change, etc. on my vehicle. Willie picked up the vehicle from my home in Tiffin and returned it at the end of the day and left me a loaner if needed. I was happy to go through the Costco program and not have to worry about haggling over pricing. Chris was great to work with. I did have issues with the finance guy who just didn’t explain things and looked to worry about haggling over pricing. Chris was great to work with. I walked out knowing I didn’t really know what my options were For maintenance plans and disappointed. overall I was happy with the price but disappointed that they didn’t wash and clean the vehicle.
