I came in a week ago so service could look at my car and order the needed parts. When I came in for my appt, the parts had not been ordered. I was flabbergasted by the cost for all the repairs. The service department had the vehicle for one full day. Assuming the technicians take an hour lunch break, they worked approximately 9 hours total on th service department had the vehicle for one full day. Total labor charges were 1975.45 which computes to an hourly labor rate just under 220.00 per hour. Honestly, for this expense, I will need to look elsewhere for my service needs other than warranty work. Yark is just getting too expensive. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2005 and d SS pent a lot of money in the service department over the years with no complaints. More
