The General Mgr Scott Moewe talks out of both sides of his mouth …. He emailed my wife and I that he would take care of reimbursement for parts and than he lied and said he Never agreed Never got opt emails we sent … funny thing is we have his emails and you can’t dispute what you right in an email ….. this is how Liars react when caught ….. Don’t run a Dealership with a GM that can’t read his own emails….

We apologize for your experience. We do our absolute best to represent pre-owned vehicles with proper equipment. We provide ample photos of vehicles to illustrate all features of a vehicle. Pre-owned vehicles are just that. Previous owners can swap or change rims, tires, ect. The rims shown in the vehicle photos are the same rims on the vehicle when you arrived. We also have the original rims that came on the factory invoice we offered to ship to you. Spencer spent ample time with you going over the vehicle and its features while at the dealership and no concerns were mentioned at that time. Spencer has reached out with options regarding the vehicle and options moving forward.

I am sorry but offering a $250 credit for a misrepresentation of $8,000-$10,000 simply will not due. Also offering to take the vehicle back when I already sold my previous car does not help me in any shape or form, specially after your dealership already ran a hard inquiry on my credit score as well. I understand thoroughly that this dealership is not about to help their customers by doing the right/fair solution because of the mentality of the leadership team. It is very sad a so called "BMW flagship" dealership could NOT retrieve the sticker sheet for the car with all of the options included, when a simple customer was able to reach out to Mercedes and do it. You listed photos of fake products, you promoted AMG rims and put pictures of RIMs with AMG branding on it, though they are not AMG rims at all. Thank you but no thanks. My legal team is prepping the documents to send over. Sorry you didn't realize there were easier routes to coming to a solution.

We apologize for your experience and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention allowing us to look into this further. We worked the deal ahead of time as you requested due to being out of town. We answered all questions and provided the service reports you requested. You asked about financing upfront, so we submitted your credit application and presented you with the BMW FS approval. That approval was then sent to you, both in writing and explained during a phone call with Finance. We also stated we would ultimately need to inspect your trade-in vehicle once you arrived, same as you had the right to inspect the vehicle you were purchasing. Once we inspected your trade-in, we honored the Carfax value we originally presented to you. We have no notes of brake pulsation at any time nor was it mentioned after test driving the vehicle before purchase. Once in finance, we went back over all numbers and approval before you signed any contracts. You were provided copies of the signed contracts for your records.

Update- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER Just had a flat tire, usually no big deal. Go to the trunk, pull out the tow hook and the lug lock. Ohhh - there empty - again cant happen on a CPO BMW. If you want a picture I can provide that. Do your self a favor, buy your BMW from a reputable source, cant just rely on the BMW network to get you to a decent dealer. shame.
