Several mistakes, 1st oil change and snow wheels purchase. Oil change well done, great customer service. New purchase & labor was not BMW quality. Complications locating purchase, our car sat passed over the weekend. At the end they also lost our tires and wheels when putting on the new. No receipt or contract in regards to there resolution of our lost tires. More
