I was on a mission looking for a BMW M550i for several weeks as far away as Fairfax VA, Arkon, and Cincinnati. Steve Messinger help bring the mission to fruition. I'm not going to waste your time driving from Dayton". He had the car ready for me the next day in their showroom garage outside the cold rainy weather. We found a van online that we really loved. Our grandfather has always spoken so highly of BMW of Toledo. We could not have been more disappointed. Although our salesman was kind and polite, our ex grandfather has always spoken so highly of BMW of Toledo. We could not have been more disappointed. Although our salesman was kind and polite, our experience was poor. There was absolutely no budging in the price. We were not able to negotiate the listing price, even by $1! We were given only one key. To have a second key made, costs $300 at another dealership. I was not told about the single key, until I had already paid for the car and was walking out. Our salesman said he would clean the car for us because I had told him there was old food splattered inside. He said he would clean the car and fill up the gas tank. The gas tank was filled to half way, and I spent a few hours of the next day cleaning dried, old, moldy food out of the car. After I arrived home, I realized that they had sold me a car without ever verifying my drivers license. I was asked a day or so later to text a picture of my drivers license to the finance guy. i am not comfortable doing that, so I did not. I also asked for a paper with info on the current tires, brakes, etc. I never received that. We will never return to this store. More

I visited the service department on Thursday, December 10 to have Jim McAuley take a look at a few scratches to my two week old X4 M40. Jim, without hesitation, could see I was in distress and assured me the to have Jim McAuley take a look at a few scratches to my two week old X4 M40. Jim, without hesitation, could see I was in distress and assured me the scratches could be dealt with and arranged an appointment for the next day! The next day my X4 was taken in and Dewayne (service tech... artist) did his magic and eliminated the scratches. The results were simply amazing! This is the kind of exceptional service I have experienced at Yark BMW since 1992 and over 25 BMW’s later. More
After being run off the road a couple months back I found myself in need of a qualified BMW shop to handle the repairs. Jim at Yark BMW service center was phenomenal and helped get everything right...mechani myself in need of a qualified BMW shop to handle the repairs. Jim at Yark BMW service center was phenomenal and helped get everything right...mechanically. Then there was the the issue of their body shop in charge of cosmetic repairs. They were horrible. In fact beyond horrible. They had my vehicle for almost three weeks. Everytime I would talk to someone it was a different story. I would be told it is in the shop being painted and the next day they hadn't gotten to it yet. It went on like that for weeks. Keep in mind this was a minor repair. It was simply a repaint of the front fascia and front ground effect. By the time I picked it up I figured it would be back to it's original beauty, NOPE. It quite literally looked like they painted it with a can of spray paint. In the weeks they had it I was told they were going through a complicated prep process. This was a lie, one of many. The fact is where the paint had been damaged the didnt even sand it and fill it. There are many awful looking pits and chunks missing that they quite clearly did not prep and just painted over. If you value you vehicles appearance DO NOT use the Yark body shop. More
