We apologize your experience has led you to leave us a negative review. Your satisfaction is our top priority and have forwarded your review to proper management for further information. Our market based pricing is explained online with our inventory. We try our best to make it clear to each of our customers through our base statement, that we rarely discount the price of vehicles because of live market pricing. We eliminate the back and forth negotiating by making sure we have some of the best prices in the market, the internet does the negotiating for you, so to speak. You may pay more somewhere else with the illusion you are getting a better price just because you were able to negotiate. We provided Carfax and market report showing we were the lowest priced vehicle with relative miles. We offered to pay for another key but because we are not a Honda dealer we informed you that you would need to order from Honda. We hope you can accept our sincere apology and please know that it is never our intention to have any of our customers feel less than satisfied with their experience.

Your insurance company wrote the order to blend within and do a full clear. Unfortunately, it's your insurance company that will not pay to recondition the complete bumper cover.
