Bryan did not go over any thing about what I was being charged. he just want to charge me extra money each month to have my car washed and oil changed. Had to go back to get my sale papers. Found I was charged for extra stuff that was not told to me. The price I agreed to ended up costing about 2000 Dollar more than I wanted. Process took so long and learned nothing. He put papers in an envelope and when I got home ,sale papers were not there. Have to say I did feel scammed. Love my car, but he should have gone over the sale with me.

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and have forwarded your review to proper management for further information. The $700.00 charge also included a vehicle check service that you were due for. As far as the cost of the ignition coils, the coils are made specifically for BMW and that may not be the case for the aftermarket parts that you were looking at. You used a coupon and Kyle did not charge for installation, as well. Your patronage is important to us and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.
