I brought my '05 325Ci into the Kuni BMW Service Department for the airbag recall procedure, and the process was great. Our service advisor, Dan Daily, is a total Pro! He's highly knowledgeable about our vehicles, has a great attitude, and explains our car's service needs clearly. I was given the use of a loaner vehicle, which was spotless and clean. I feel that the safety steps Kuni takes to ensure a clean and safe environment during this pandemic are thorough, thoughtful and consistent. Great job once again! More

My 335d would not pass the DEQ inspection. The repairs turned out to be a big job (clean carbon out of engine, new glow plugs, new thermostat, etc., etc., etc. Allen was the service rep and he's great. turned out to be a big job (clean carbon out of engine, new glow plugs, new thermostat, etc., etc., etc. Allen was the service rep and he's great. He made sure the car was fixed properly at the lowest possible cost. Highly recommended. More

Pricilla was wonderful to work with, courteous, helpful and kept me informed with costs and the status of my vehicle. As a Mom of a toddler, I have a car seat and stroller I have to move into and out of t and kept me informed with costs and the status of my vehicle. As a Mom of a toddler, I have a car seat and stroller I have to move into and out of the loaners every time and they never hesitate to help carry them over so I can focus on my son. Poor service mindset I brought my vehicle in for a faulty valvetrain under warranty. I was told by David that there were no warranty repairs needed and that I only had a l I brought my vehicle in for a faulty valvetrain under warranty. I was told by David that there were no warranty repairs needed and that I only had a limited issue with non-warranty items. This was contrary to the diagnosis from an independent, Certified BMW shop north of the River. When I confronted David about the previous findings, he doubled down on his faulty assessment. After taking time out of my busy schedule to come down in the middle of a hectic workday, Priscilla agreed that there were in fact warranty repairs that were required to restore the vehicle's performance. These ultimately included an eccentric shaft, motor and sensor assembly, vehicle software update and other miscellaneous items that were overlooked by their technician, either deliberately or through incompetence. I was then told that the repairs would be finished that or the following day. Over the course of the next three days, I was told an evolving story about the repairs and the technician's findings, mostly by David. In the end, the technician 'found' the exact same faults the independent shop identified in a single afternoon, and that I had previously communicated to both David and Priscilla at Kuni. Apparently warranty repairs are not a priority for this dealership or their service center. I will be returning to my local repair shop for the non-warranty repairs based on the care and consideration that I have received from Kuni. I will also seriously reconsider where I intend to purchase my next vehicle this year. More

Everyone is professional, super friendly, and accommodating. They have a comfy waiting area and am immaculate showroom. The parts department is like a toy store for bimmer lovers.
