Using used parts or rebuilding and charging for new! I took my 6 series in for service two and a half years ago and paid to have the sway bar replaced (about $2500). I've only driven this car 8000 miles in 2.5 years and I started having THE same issues again with the sway bar. Took it to a different mechanic because i was having trouble trusting kuni he Said the part was far from new. I dropped my car off at Kuni the serv department but they wouldn't even look at it without charging me because it's out of their service warranty even through I've only driven 8000. Very disappointing that they won't answer any questions about the part they used (or didn't use) to fix my car originally. It was a major repair and the sway bar shouldn't be bad in just 8000 mi. Now I'm stuck and because of their lack and dishonesty. I trusted Kuni to do a professional job. I'll never use them again. BUYER BEWARE!!! More

Great and personalize service My vehicle engine light came on for couple days so scheduled service appointment with Kuni BMW. On the day of appointment, the engine light went off before I got there; however, the gave me a loaner car for couple days so that they will have enough time to diagnose the problem. Throughout the time the service advisor updated me of the vehicle status which I really appreciate. More

Unexpected service required 2015 X5 purchased pre owned with extended warranty needed unplanned maintenance. We replaced tires and also had car detailed- all of which was well d 2015 X5 purchased pre owned with extended warranty needed unplanned maintenance. We replaced tires and also had car detailed- all of which was well done and relatively reasonable in cost (not on warranty). Car had been running irregularly at 30-40mph. Dealer said it was tires. We put on new tires (which owned- we swapped out old snow tires) aftwards dealer said they found new faults....which let to new spark plugs, thermostat, and a new battery on a car less than 30 months old. Strange how none of these were noticed before replacing tires. We got a nice loaner and car is back our hands. More
