Terrible welcome, excellent loaner car and actual service The quality of service is the reason why we have BMWs. I'm sure this can be resolved with personal education, again the rest if the service chain is wonderful the loaner car, the service managers and mechanic staff are pobably the best in Oregon! More

Right on time BMW did the oil change and maintenance check right on time and my car runs so much better after that. Communication was great! The shuttle driver Paul picked me up right on time, exactly at 12:30 pm where he dropped me off- that was awesome service! Lastly, whoever cleaned my car found my missing Fitbit watch ! Overall I say service was excellent! More

Car was brought back to customer after service dirty. Service advisor seemed unaware that car was not washed properly or at all when returned to customer. Wiper blades not offered to be chang ed out for new ones during service. This is not the quality of customer service that I have come to expect from kuni BMW or their service advisors. Based on this experience, I would not recommend kuni BMW for future business. More

They had a time slot available within a couple of da The service receptionist when I called was courteous and offered service opening times available. They had a time slot available within a couple of days of my change oil alert coming on. I was happy they were able to get me within a few days The service was to take two hours. I read a book while waiting Asked Grant Mitchell if they could check the tire pressures because the gas mileage was not efficient. Also the windshield wiper water reservoir was empty. They completed service under two hours and washed my car though it was quite clean. I appreciated driving off with the car knowing I received excellent service and truly noticed the tires pressure difference much more for the better. The feel of good tires and their appropriate pressure are important to me. More
