Watch for the 'refresh' offer I own a 2015 X5, currently with 47kmi on it. Back in July, I took it in for a routine oil change. I was advised and offered a maintenance 'refresh' I own a 2015 X5, currently with 47kmi on it. Back in July, I took it in for a routine oil change. I was advised and offered a maintenance 'refresh' deal for $700 until 50kmi. He said 'because I might need to have new brake pads n rotors'. It sounds like a great deal but not so fast. Because after the oil change the inspection report shows that my front brake pads are 10mm and rears 9mm. Brand new there are 12mm. Most likely I won't need them replace until 60kmi. I feel that the advisor could of been more honest with me instead of selling me something I don't need. Very disappointed. I have purchased 4 bmw from this dealer. More

Great experience Service facility was extremely clean. I was able to drop off my car and get a free loaner within a few minutes. They kept me updated with progress on the repair, and had the car ready (clean inside and out) when promised. More

They email when my car needs service, get me in on days & times that work best for me, always concerned about what I will need while the car is being serviced (loaner, work space, refreshments, etc.), and work quickly. Greeted immediately when I arrive & introduced to the service advisor, who knows exactly why I'm there. And I get a freshly washed & vacuumed car when the work is done. All service is thoroughly explained, all questions answered & all anticipated future service is explained. The waiting area is fantastic: big screen TV, comfortable couches, food & very friendly staff...almost don't want to leave sometimes. Oh, and there's always a bowl of peppermint patties on the sales desk. More

They provide consistent no-fuss excellent service each and every single time I visit. xxxxxxout to Priscilla, my service agent for the last two years. I’d totally hire her as the face of my business should I ever start one. She is the soul of customer service. But I digress. In sum, I love dealing with Kuni BMW and the service department is a huge reason why my next vehicle will be a BMW. More
