Superior Service I have owned three different BMWs, and all of them have been serviced and maintained by Kuni. In the past I have owned other vehicles in the luxury s I have owned three different BMWs, and all of them have been serviced and maintained by Kuni. In the past I have owned other vehicles in the luxury segment, but this is clearly the best maintenance facility that I have ever encountered. If a maintenance curveball happens they are accommodating and swift to resolve any issues. Yesterday my service advisor was David Stout. I have worked with other service advisors at Kuni over the years, all of them very good, but in my opinion David remains the gold standard. More

Repair mining Did a good job on the recall work but the blatant repair mining was obnoxious. One of the things was so basic it should be cover under the warranty. With all the recalls and “needed” repairs it makes me wonder if I want own another BMW. Davion the service guy was good. More
