Two recalls on my BMW. I was impressed with how smooth the experience with Kuni BMW was. My Advisor, Priscilla was amazing and timely with her communications with me. Kuni overcharges for their services, All the service costs are arbitrary. They mark it up very high, just because they you can afford it. Also their work is of very low quality. Attentive customer care With the assistance of "Tire Guru" Chris, I was able to determine the tires I needed for my model of BMW and, without having to ask, was offered a sam With the assistance of "Tire Guru" Chris, I was able to determine the tires I needed for my model of BMW and, without having to ask, was offered a same day appointment to have them put on the car. All went smoothly; no alignment was needed and even though I came in at midday, I was given a loaner and all was completed by the end of the day. No apparent problems with the service so far. This is probably the best service experience I have ever had. More

Return for second wash pump replacement. Initial pump replaced 1/15 for washer fluid leak. Discovered new leak last week and Kuni technician determined new pump was defective and had cracked.
