However, I was pushed to stop by at certain time before the year ends to proceed. My reply had an alternate time for a meet when the communication ended. The next day, after I initiated the conversation, I was told the vehicle was sold. Overnight? Maybe, but I was net told that it was and was never expressed any remorse. Nothing. Simply like that. In my eyes, it's a total disrespect and the case when the dealership is treating their customers based on what car they buy-new or used. What a shame for a BMW brand! More

We drove past Kuni on our way to another dealer Looking for a used Ford Expedition and caught a glimpse of a beautiful one in the Kuni BMW lot as we drove by. Daryl Do Carmo (by far my favorite salesman to date) met us as we were inspecting the exterior of the vehicle. I asked him for the details on the vehicle and immediately deduced that is was out of our price range, it being a 2011 with 44,000 miles on it. We had researched and were looking for an Expedition with around 100,000 miles on it no newer than 2009 to fit within our budget. Daryl asked us was our price range was, and requested that we give him a chance to see if he could make it work. To our surprised he came back with a price that fit. I was raised by a Salesman, and know the games that they can play. These guy didn't do any of that. We ended up purchasing the Ford Expedition and are ecstatic! If these guys have a vehicle that you are interested in. Ask for Daryl Do Carmo and give him a chance to make you a deal. You won't regret it! More

My wife and I purchased a X3 from Kuni back in December and was so trilled with the car and experience, when it came to replacing my car, we went back to Kuni. This time around we worked with Steve Cho, he was patient and answered all my questions. He took me on a couple of test drives and didn't apply any pressure on me. We ended up negotiating online and when a price was agreed upon he was accommodating to my schedule. We are extremely happy with our experience (x2) with Kuni and highly recommend Steve to anyone who is looking for a high service, laid-back and no pressure experience. More
