I will say after my buying experience , I thought I would use another BMW company for my service. I choose to give Kuni BMW one more chance. Priscilla has the ability to make you feel like you are part of Kuni and you matter to Kuni. I will only have Priscilla as my service agent. I picked up an older Mercedes S55 here. The car is really beautifully maintained. Kuni BMW paid for license and registration and I came from D&C motors and they said they couldn't do that b The car is really beautifully maintained. Kuni BMW paid for license and registration and I came from D&C motors and they said they couldn't do that because I was out of state. I think D&C just lied to me and Kuni did the right thing. The car did have a parasitic drain (it's a 20 year old w220), I don't blame Kuni for that and I managed to fix the issue with some fuse swaps so the car is now in perfect condition. Honestly, Kuni made the difference with registration and licensing. They did that in a really timely manner, just solid. Sent the title really quick too. Basically Kuni was great. Small periodic electric issue with my car (maybe why the previous owner sold it, really sweet car but I could see that being a pain). This is my second w220 so I managed to fix it fairly easily. I believe Max was my car salesman. Really down to earth, chill, just seemed like a fun guy cheering me on buying a fun car. Didn't good vibes from the guy. Seemed really honest, and filled the car up before I drove off. Solid dude. More

This was a few years back. I went to test drive X5 and the sales person couldn't find the keys of any car and behaved completely ignorant of what cars were available. It felt a purposeful attempt to avoid showing us the car. Anyway felt like they didn't care for our business. Not only did this dealership loose my business then, I am looking at new car now and was considering BMW again, but definitely not buying at Kuni. More

I brought my 2022 BMW 240i that I purchased new from them for an oil change . The technician disconnected my front and rear dash cam and took it for a 4 mile test drive or I should say Joy ride. There was n for an oil change . The technician disconnected my front and rear dash cam and took it for a 4 mile test drive or I should say Joy ride. There was no reason for him to unplug my dash cams except for the obvious reason. I attempted to contact the service manager and left a voice Mail and never even got a return phone call . I contacted my service writer and he seemed very sincere, concerned and sorry this happened . Also stated that the technician was not suppose to disconnect my dash cams . I wouldn’t have even noticed except the wires were hanging from it since he forgot to plug it back in . Which made me more suspect to the extra 4 miles on my car . I also contacted the salesman that sold me the car and he also said he would contact all that needed to know . I’ve never heard back from anyone so to say the least this has definitely tarnished the ultimate driving experience I’ve had up to this point and with Kuni BMW. Sadly even though this dealership is very close to me I will never buy another car from them and never take my car back there for service again. More
