Our technician team takes every BMW service vehicle on a standard test drive loop once work has been performed on any element of the powertrain, to ensure quality control and, rest assured, we have a strict protocol around that test drive including speed limits. We have a highly professional, well-trained group of techs who also understand the importance of treating our customer's vehicles with great respect, so there is never any element of joy riding involved. Regarding the disconnecting of your aftermarket camera system, this is done as a standard practice due to privacy considerations for our technicians and our workshop. We apologize that was not communicated to you in advance and that the system was not re-connected prior to returning the vehicle to you.
