Everyone’s first car should be a BMW (thanks to Kuni!) With it being my first ever car purchase - I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect but I can’t speak highly enough of Joseph and the team there at Kuni B With it being my first ever car purchase - I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect but I can’t speak highly enough of Joseph and the team there at Kuni BMW. I stopped by two separate times (and once at their used auto center) and I was treated extremely well each time! I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable, and supportive Joseph was throughout the whole process. There was a firm budget I had to stay within and he made sure to do everything possible to get me in the best option they had. Ended up staying in budget and getting the keys to a car three years newer, with WAY more luxury features that I initially hoped for. Beni did a fantastic job explaining the different warranty options and walking me through the benefits of each option. I never felt pressured at ALL. He left the decision in my hands and in the end, made sure I took advantage of some STEEP discounts on my final options. Couldn’t be happier! Amazing team here! More

Unacceptable customer experience I am giving the kuni service department a low rating because of the unacceptable customer experience. My wife dropped off the car Wigan appointment b I am giving the kuni service department a low rating because of the unacceptable customer experience. My wife dropped off the car Wigan appointment because the check battery light was on and we were concerned she would get stranded. The service representative was rude and short with her and she asked for ride assistance, no offer of a loaner car, courtesy ride or Uber service was even offered. Then the part had to come out of California and the stated service completion date was missed by a whole day. Lastly, what started as a rear taillight bulb replacement, turned into a $600 up sell for a led light strip replacement. I don’t mind the up sell but want the tech to be more prepared to explain the necessary repairs. This is our second unacceptable kuni service experience and we will be looking for another dealership to get a better customer experience. More
