I brought my '05 325Ci into the Kuni BMW Service Department for the airbag recall procedure, and the process was great. Our service advisor, Dan Daily, is a total Pro! He's highly knowledgeable abou Department for the airbag recall procedure, and the process was great. Our service advisor, Dan Daily, is a total Pro! He's highly knowledgeable about our vehicles, has a great attitude, and explains our car's service needs clearly. I was given the use of a loaner vehicle, which was spotless and clean. I feel that the safety steps Kuni takes to ensure a clean and safe environment during this pandemic are thorough, thoughtful and consistent. Great job once again! More

I'd been to other dealerships and Matt at Kuni made this buying experience super enjoyable. My 335d would not pass the DEQ inspection. The repairs turned out to be a big job (clean carbon out of engine, new glow plugs, new thermostat, etc., etc., etc. Allen was the service rep and he's great. turned out to be a big job (clean carbon out of engine, new glow plugs, new thermostat, etc., etc., etc. Allen was the service rep and he's great. I came in to look at a used vehicle that had been listed online. Kuni BMW had the vehicle pulled out front at the time of my appointment. I was fortunate enough also to have a representative work with me online. Kuni BMW had the vehicle pulled out front at the time of my appointment. I was fortunate enough also to have a representative work with me that owned that very year and model. Price and condition matched the listing and since having purchased the vehicle have not found anything that was omitted from their descriptions. They upfront notified me the prior owner was a smoker, something I had missed if it had been on the listing and I perhapse would have overlooked. When I brought up a transmission scheduled maintenance I had been warned about for the car model, the rep contacted a licensed shop and quoted what the maintenance would cost would be. The CarFax seller description read, "The new Kuni Auto Center No games, No gimmicks, No hidden fees," and I believe my experience was just that. The price was the listed price and the vehicle condition and purchase options were presented to me upfront. Both the rep and manager helped me through the entire process and were more than willing to accommodate when I asked to make changes in the middle of the buying process. I have owned the vehicle for a little over two weeks now and I am loving it. More

Painless and easy. I came to Kuni after never doing business with them in the past. I saw a vehicle I liked and did my research about value and options. When I went to t I came to Kuni after never doing business with them in the past. I saw a vehicle I liked and did my research about value and options. When I went to the dealership, the very first thing I noticed was the lack of a "traditional" car buying experience, where their salesmen gather under a pop up tent and run to you before your car is in park. I began by looking at the vehicle and was left alone and I loved it. I went inside and was greeted by Abdul with a smile. We sat and I presented my offer. I accepted their counter offer and that was it. They gave me a very fair price for my trade and Willie did the rest. To say this experience was easy is an understatement. I was treated with respect and honestly, I got everything I asked for because I was REASONABLE. Willie was absolutely a pleasure to work with and I honestly feel like he worked hard to get me where I wanted to be payment and APR wise. Beni was the finance manager and we had an awesome conversation. He is an absolute asset to the company and BMW as a whole. I will absolutely do business with Kuni BMW again because of how I was treated start to finish by Abdul, Willie and my finance manager, Beni. Great job to all and way to represent the Kuni name! More
Pricilla was wonderful to work with, courteous, helpful and kept me informed with costs and the status of my vehicle. As a Mom of a toddler, I have a car seat and stroller I have to move into and out of t and kept me informed with costs and the status of my vehicle. As a Mom of a toddler, I have a car seat and stroller I have to move into and out of the loaners every time and they never hesitate to help carry them over so I can focus on my son. Gestures like this will keep me coming back. More
Worst expeerience ever I leased a BMW m4 Heritage Edition after only one 10 min test drive. After I left the dealership the car had so much road noise, I couldn't hear my I leased a BMW m4 Heritage Edition after only one 10 min test drive. After I left the dealership the car had so much road noise, I couldn't hear my friend talking, the seats were like plywood, and the engine was more for track days than long distance cruising. I need a car for long interstate road trips, and that car definitely was not meant for that purpose. I realized the car was not a good fit for me and that someone else deserved this limited edition beauty. I wrote a letter to the salesgirl explaining why I could not keep the car and was told " The only way your're going to be able to get out of this lease is if you buy a car off our lot, TODAY and it better be an M car" I figured they could make me honor the lease but under the circumstances, my mother having just died the day before after a 6 month slow cancer death, my aunt dying 3 days before of covid-19 and I was not in the best frame of mind to be signing a lease so quickly like I did. You would have to have been a real cold hearted person to make someone going through that pay off an $84,000 car when it was not what they wanted and not a good fit. It was also red, which I do not like. I admitted it was totally my fault, I jumped into it needing something to lift my spirits. Upon returning the car just 12 hrs later with only 9 miles additional, the salesgirl was so rude and condescending to me the entire time, first sitting on a phone call with a friend for 5 minutes waving me off as I sat at her desk waiting, making me wait 45 minutes to see the finance guy when the dealership was empty, not letting me test drive all the cars I wanted and generally treating me like a piece of crap. I accepted the only car on the lot I wanted an M2 Competition, perfect for my needs, but it was in white, a color I would NEVER normally get. Asking to order a car was met with more threats, bullying and scare tactics. After the finance guy Trevyn, who was very nice, was done with the paperwork , he told me that he had never processed the paperwork, so the car was never any chance of it not being titled as NEW. So there was never really a lease in place, although I did sign the contract, but you would have been a real loser to have ordered the papers be processed AFTER telling me I could return the car. So the tactics to sell me a car that had been sitting on the lot for weeks in a color nobody wanted was based on a false situation. I felt bullied, taken advantage of and not satisfied with the car I left with. She made it clear that all the boys in the office were taunting me saying "He's a big boy, make him take the lease!" As Andra was giving me the keys, never showing me any of the features of the new car , just trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible as if I had a disease, she made the snide comment, totally uncalled for and like rubbing salt in the wound. " Oh you know Mac, next time you can ORDER a car and get the color you want" RUDE! Who does that, and when seeing me off she said, " I'd give you a hug but I can't, but I know what you're going through...I lost my MOMMY too"...Making fun of me because I was grieving my mothers death, she really showed her true colors with those totally unforgivable last words. I never want to step foot in that dealership again, I have never been treated so poorly, I have always ordered the car I want having owned 5 BMW in the past. After leaving Kuni, the more I thought about it the more angry I got almost returning to demand I get out of that lease too and get my car back out of trade and order the car I want. But the thought of being treated the same way probably worse, made me forget the thought. I was seriously going to call my attorney as the tactics were so unethical and possibly illegal. Kunis mission statement is all about the customer experience and making a customer for life. Making sure the car is the right fit for the customer is utmost importance. Why did I receive the complete opposite treatment and left in a car I am not happy with after being bullied, embarrassed, taunted, belittled and not happy with my car I am paying almost $800 per month for after purchasing 3 packages worth almost $5,000 adding to my payment. I truly feel that Holman should let me take this car back, it had 60 miles on it when I got it, who knows what kind of treatment it got in it's many test drives, I have never bought a new car with more than 20 miles on it, and let me order the M2 Competition I want , in blue with a sunroof. I am tempted to make a report to the State Attorney Generals office and BBB. If I can't order a new car they could find one somewhere in the specs I want. I know BMW of Portland has a blue M2 Competition with a DCT right now. If I had not been pushed into a corner, I would have left with my old car and headed to BMW of Portland. All around the WORST car dealership experience I could imagine. Your people should get some training and how to treat customers in a humane, decent and caring manner. I will wait to see if Holman Auto Group responds to this survey or if that kind of treatment is tolerated at your dealerships. I can send you a copy of the letter I sent to Andra just 12 hours after I left the dealership with the M4 if you want. A response would be appreciated. Thank you, Donald "Mac"Donald Teer III More
