I bought a used car in cash from this dealership. I arranged to buy it over the phone and on text. I feel like they were dishonest on a few occasions. First, over email they told me that to "verify my identity" that I had to fill out a credit report form. I did it without asking questions, but in retrospect this made no sense. I bought the car with cash, there is no reason they needed to run my credit. It showed up on my credit report as them having pulled my credit - they told me this would not happen, that it was just a soft pull "to verify my identity"! It doesn't make any sense why they would need this to verify my identity... The salesman also told me he would reach out to the last owner to get the second key to our vehicle. I don't believe that he did reach out after I noticed the dealership had our car in its possession for 2 months prior to us buying it. He never followed up with us. Why say you are going to do that if you aren't, and you aren't going to follow-up either. When we got to the dealership to write the check and pickup the car, the finance guy tried to pressure us into taking a loan. That was annoying. Then when we were signing the paperwork he pressured us to buy an extended warranty for the car. I repeatedly said I did not want this warranty. He kept pushing and pushing. To get out of there we agreed to buy it and just cancel it when we got home. What a waste of my time. I feel like both the salesperson and the finance person I dealt with were not respectful and were somewhat dishonest. It was not a good experience; I left feeling taken advantage of. This should have been easy - I bought a used car with cash. It was $34,000. The one good thing I will say is that since we had arranged everything in advance and we were paying cash, the transaction when we got to the dealership was relatively quick. I think it took longer than one hour, but definitely less than 2 hours. More
Kuni makes everything easy for the Client/Customer and they care about there Cars. I really enjoyed my recent experience with Kory my Service Manager and I will be back next week to take care of some thin they care about there Cars. I had a scheduled appointment for an annual service call for my BMW X1 at 10:40 am. The service consultant was rude. The crew took off an hour for lunch without finishing my car and I had to wait in the w for my BMW X1 at 10:40 am. The service consultant was rude. The crew took off an hour for lunch without finishing my car and I had to wait in the waiting room. A service tech called to tell me what service had been given my vehicle and I couldn’t understand a word he said. The BMW was not finished until 2:30. This is inexcusable.I will not be purchasing a BMW at Kuni again. More

I went to Portland BMW downtown before this visit. Due to their horrible "customer service", I will never go there again and I appreciate the kind people at Kuni. My previous BMW center was in Mountain View, their horrible "customer service", I will never go there again and I appreciate the kind people at Kuni.
