I took my car in for scheduled service after warranty expired. The SA was very unresponsive and did not meet my expectations. I had to wait 20 minutes with no response from the SA during check-in. I was running late for my business meetings and had to leave the dealership. I tried calling the SA multiple times and always got voicemail. I sent text messages and got very slow responses (several hours later). I had to plan a trip to the coast and this poor response did not help me. My vehicle inspection report was not sent to me even after I asked for it and I was just informed my front tires needed to be replaced. I had to call 3 times to get a text message response. Tire pricing was much higher than Tirerack and I needed to negotiate it. It took an additional 2 days to get 2 tires mounted, balanced and aligned. Overall, I had a very poor experience with Kuni BMW service and I would NOT recommend it to any one. More

Went on their website. Found a car I wanted to purchase, Filled out my trade info and was quoted online nearly $47,000. Trade-in value. I filled out all the paperwork online and reserved the car. The next day I called Kuni to check on the car and trade-in quote. I was told that the car I reserved the night before was sold and that the online quote was wrong and my new quote was now $5,000. less than the online quote from the night before. I purchased a new 2022 X5 from Kuni BMW last year in September 2021. I was relocating from a different state and reached out to Steve Cho to see if this dealership had any X5 in inventory. Unfortunately September 2021. I was relocating from a different state and reached out to Steve Cho to see if this dealership had any X5 in inventory. Unfortunately no, so I had to order a new one, but then I got to customize all the options. At the time, all the dealers maintained very low inventory level on every model (due to chip shortage, I believe?) so it was very challenging to buy a car. So many dealers were selling cars at ridiculous prices with $$$$ markups. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Steve throughout the whole process. He offered good price to begin with (no need to waste time on price negotiation), and he was clear on his explanations. Very honest and straightforward dealer, hassle-free. If I were to buy another BMW, I will go back to Steve. I was actually waiting to fill out a customer satisfaction survey regarding my purchase, but I never received one in my email. So far, I love my car :) More
