When I visited Kuni BMW it was my second day of car shopping and I was ready to figure out what car I was going to lease between BMW, Lexus, Audi and Volvo. While I was ready to make my final decision I was still a little aprehensive because I had not owned a car since 1998 because I was living in New York City and had just recently moved to Portland, OR. That said...I was a little anxious about my decision. But from the beginning when my conversation began with Jeff he made me feel at ease. He did not use the hard core salesman approach. He listened...answered questions and gave me the bottom line information I needed to make my final decision comfortably. That said I am very excited and happy about the lease of my Deep Sea Blue Metallic BMW 328i and glad that Jeff Casanas was the salesman who helped me!!! Thanks Jeff!!! We recently came to the dealership to look at a used car we saw advertised on the internet. We stopped by to look at the used BMW 750LI's. We had the great fortune of meeting Mike Baggs and from then on we knew we had found a person we could trust to buy a used car from.
