BOTH MIKE AND JOSEPH WERE EXCELLENT IN THEIR WORK AND THEIR ATTENTION TO OUR NEEDS. Mike went out of his way to get us a loaner car so we could run a few errands as our paperwork and car were prepared. This saved us several hours and we were able to get back to Bend at a reasonable. He is so patient, informative, and made the test drive and buying process fun! I am not very tech savvy to say the least so he was able to figure out what I would love best about my new X3 and explain things to me in layman's terms. We have no doubt that we will buy our next car there again and just hope that the great team Joseph and Mitch made will be there again!! More
