VERY BAD SERVICE For the past week I have been trying to buy a car from this dealership. yesterday as I was finalizing the deal, the car was sold to another person. Now I understand how this all works, and sometimes things just don't work out. This case is different though. A Litany of errors were made which ultimately lead to this situation. What may seem like a small situation to the sales folks there, really means much more to me. This was the end of an exhaustive search effort to find the right fit for my wife and my family. I contacted Kuni BMW last week on Monday to inquire about a 2013 328i xDrive. I was told that I would be contacted with an answer to my inquiry, which ultimately never came. I contacted Kuni on Tuesday and discussed my intention to purchase the vehicle. I sent my trade vehicle information and waited for a response. three days later I contacted Kuni again. As we finalized a deal, the car was sold to another person. I wasn't informed until later the next day. I was used as leverage to finalize another deal and I'm not happy. S.J. Kauffman More

The process was about as quick and painless as you could want for something this expensive (it's a car after all, not a cup of coffee), and he took a certain pride in making sure we drove the new car home that Sunday.
