My service advisor kept me apprised of the work progress and my service technician emailed me a movie showing what he did. Highly recommend this dealership. The service director, Joe, was so helpful. I got a flat half-way into my 5 hour trip. I was stranded with my dog and child. Joe worked to get me back on the road in a timely manner even though the dealership had been hit by a bad storm and lost power. Joe communicated with me from his personal phone and got me back on the road as soon as he could. It was very stressful and I appreciate the communication and understanding. More
