For me it is the best dealer in USA. They are the only one who fixed the factory defect. They gave me a very personalized help. The problem of this place is the mechanics and the management. I have a feeling that they would select/recommend expensive repairs but pay less attention to the issues which bring the car to the serv management. We walked in at the end of the day when most sales reps would have given us a "rush" intro before closing but not Tony. He is knowledgeable, patient, warm, courteous, hard working and a big part of my husband and I leaving BMW of Tenafly with the impression of a "full" luxury service experience. Tony made it clear that part of buying this vehicle at this dealership was that we were also buying a high level of service. We were impressed by everyone that we came in contact with. From the finance manager, to the product specialist—they were all VERY knowledgeable with excellent communication skills and... they LISTEN. So, if you are thinking of purchasing a BMW go speak to TONY MIMINI at BMW of Tenafly. The word "EARNEST" comes to mind...now THAT is gem quality...just like my new beautiful BMW X3. More
Went to Tenafly BMW to have a headlight bulb replaced that burned out. They wanted over $350.00 to change the $27.00 bulb. They said they had to take the front bumper off to get to the bulb. I told them, which they knew that there’s a access panel in the wheel well to get to the bulb. The adviser said that the only way they change the bulbs to takeoff the bumper and it’s $350 plus the cost of the bulb. I went down the block to the gas station they did it for $50. With out taking off the bumper! I can’t believe they get away with overcharging their customers. I will never, never go there for service or to purchase again! More
BMW Tenafly receptionist number 2016086701 called me less than 24 hours before appointment suggesting that I reschedule replacing my brake pads. Or to take a Uber back home. BMW Tenafly is known to never supplying BMW loaners no matter the cost / time of repair. Without any sense of liability, the unprofessional receptionist that does not belong to service department told me the service was not 3 or 4 hours as previously told me but more. I don’t mind waiting more time. She insisted that it was better to reschedule because I may need to change not only pads but also rotor. Basically a new rotor would make repair more expensive and I informed her that her call less than 24 hours was unprofessional. It put me at risk of driving an unsafe car, and it caused me deep anxiety that I now not only had the break pads but the rotor to pay for. Called again to complain about her and service department said that indeed it was a 3 - 4 hour repair and that manager would be speaking to her. Unacceptable. More

He was upfront with all information on the vehicle and there were no last minute price increases. I would buy another vehicle from BMW of Tenafly because of the way the deal was carried out from beginning to end. Finance manager Sean Muhammad also was of great assistance. He explained all of the available extended warranties available with no sales pressure and made the day of purchase to go expeditiously. First time buying a vehicle that when I left the dealership I was completely satisfied. More

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY AWAY GO TO LEXUS INSTEAD!!!! The failed to properly register my mother's car, she almost got arrested! I was transferred to him when my previous service advisors left, Bob and Christian. Jon is professional, not-pushy and friendly. He was able to schedule our recall the next day since we had a conflict that weekend. His communication throughout the process and the identified future repairs was appreciated. We look forward to working with Jon and he is an asset to the service team at BMW Tenafly. The level of service he provided gave us comfort knowing that he will be taking care of us in the future.
