What a lovely dealership. I had an incredible experience there last week. Andrew Benti was so knowledgeable and friendly. Andrew ensured that I purchased the perfect car for my needs and wants and I couldn't be happier. I didn't think it could be done but he converted a die hard Mercedes girl to a BMW and I am thrilled wih my decision. From the accomodating and professional Manager, Victor Sousa to the patient and thorough Finance Manager, Glenn DeFrancesco I was treated like a queen. Glenn took his time and kindly explained the maintainence programs and all the other plans that were available to ensure my peace of mind. I will never buy a car from anywhere else ever again. I love my Certified 2009 528xi and I am now worry free with my extended warranty and my maintainence plan. Thank you so much guys! More

I have been working personally with client advisor Angelo Guerriero since I began shopping at the dealer, I can honestly say I have yet to meet an individual as exceptional as he at any dealer I have ever been to. I have spent many hours across the desk from my man Angelo, all of which have been a pleasure. He is a truly exceptional individual; I strongly recommend anyone considering visiting or working with the dealer now or in the future (regarding new or used car sales) to ask for Angelo in particular. I have just recently leased my first BWM and was thrilled with the service and attention that I received at BWM of Tenafly. The salesman who took care of me, Angelo Guerriero, could not have been more helpfu with the service and attention that I received at BWM of Tenafly. The salesman who took care of me, Angelo Guerriero, could not have been more helpful from start to finish. This was my first time leasing a car and the process was extremely streamlined and easy, not to mention I got a great deal! When it was time to pick up my car, Angelo spent a solid hour walking me through all of the car's features making sure that I would drive away confidant! I was treated very well by all BMW employees, including Kimberly Cain, who could not have been for helpful, honest, & efficient with regard to the financing. Needless to say, I had a GREAT experience at BMW of Tenafly, and I am very happy to recommend this dealership to my friends. More
I told Victor Sousa I'm having an issue with my vehicle. He had Sandra (Service Manager) give me a call (which was within a matter of minutes). She in turn set up an appointment with Robert (Service rep) fo He had Sandra (Service Manager) give me a call (which was within a matter of minutes). She in turn set up an appointment with Robert (Service rep) for the very next day! The repair shop's foreman drove with me in my vehicle to determine said issue. I was given a beautiful loaner for the day; the very next day Robert called for me to pick up my vehicle. The way (they) handled this issue was incredible; efficiency, reliability, professionalism, courtesy and convenience... Thanks Victor. Thanks Sandra. Thanks Robert. Thanks BMW of Tenafly... Marlen's services exceeded my expectation. He's very thoughtful, respectful and friendly, knowing what I want and not pushy.
