I felt no pressure in making my decision on the car. As much as I am person who would rather get a brand new vehicle , Euna assured me that the CPO program would take care of what I was worried about. Its about 4 months and I dont regret my decision on this purchase ! I have more people to bring to BMW of Tenafly ! Thanks Euna ! More
You can make money with attempting to Rip Me Off I've been a long time customer of this dealership for many years. Sent them a ton of business with not so much of a thank you card. Veronica Chinas who I see others on Dealer Rater had interaction with will make up anything that comes off the top of her head aka She LIES. Management is aware but could care less. The GM "unexpectedly quit" when I responded to an email he sent me that went unanswered. Steve Hourican who is the New Car Sales manager ignored repeated attempts to have a conversation about several issues about a new lease. Took the guy over a week to finally call and it even that was 6pm at night after he knew about the issues. The place has become a rudderless ship with no one running the place and corporate attitude of take it or leave it. Penske sees no value in relationships just moving cars for as much as they can get on each transaction. Hourican epitomizes the attitude. Reminds me of Jordan Belfort from the Wolf of Wall Street. You have to wonder why a long time GM walked out unexpectedly. My guess is he couldn't sleep at night and had some ethics. You can buy a car here, you can have your car serviced here but keep in mind you're dealing with liars and people looking to the advantage if you don't shop around. You're going to have to negotiate with them very hard to get even a fair deal. My suggestion strongly is to check with Prestige, Park Ave. and BMW of Springfield which is further away but you're going to get a strong offer from them right off the bat. Straight shooters. Prestige has a hit or miss reputation. If you have to shake Steve Hourican's hand since they want you to meet the sales manager I'd suggest just leaving. The only thing he cares about is how big a margin he can make off you on each and every sale .They will say anything to make a sale. I MEAN anything. Don't let the friendly attitude fool you. Walk out when they won't give you a fair deal because you'll definitely get it at one of the others and without all the hassle. This place has become every cliche in the car biz book. Don't let the fancy dealership/cars fool you they are nothing more then used car sales people looking to rip people off who don't know any better. I was contacted by Bob Miller whose the Regional corporate VP or whatever responsible for this dealership from Penske after my Yelp review. Offered his sincere apology and that he's looking into it and talking to his team. Strange world-How does he giving me an apology and talking to his team do anything for, me the customer or any of the dozens of people I've sent their? We ( since there are multiple cars and people I know) all went to BMW of Springfield and got a fair deal without all the lies, excuses, moaning about $200 under invoices and very questionable ethics of Penske and their staff. Park Ave BMW did offer fair pricing right from the get go. Look folks, they know exactly what they are doing. They are looking for suckers especially on lease renewals. Be smart and shop around. You can easily get competing prices via email. Takes 10 minutes. The question you have to ask is do you want to be the next one? More

Out of town buyers beware. I traveled a long distance to purchase a used vehicle. The purchase went smoothly and the staff were nice. I expected that a "reputable" dealership w I traveled a long distance to purchase a used vehicle. The purchase went smoothly and the staff were nice. I expected that a "reputable" dealership would have caught major flaws and given me fair notice, or at least given consideration after the purchase. That did not happen. When i got home my Toyota dealership found the vehicle had been in at least 2 minor accidents and some damage existed under several body panels, but was not visible on the exterior. Other warranty repairs were needed as well. The vehicle spent over a week at the dealership over several trips. I consulted my salesperson Veronica Chicas. She was apologetic and claimed she would try to get some reimbursement on the collision repairs. I committed to the least expensive collision shop estimate based on the verbal promise that BMW of Tenafly could reimburse something. The vehicle spent another week in the collision shop. I paid the bill and submitted it to Veronica. She then became impossible to reach. They clearly have Caller ID and will avoid you if you're a problem. No phone calls or messages were returned until I left an angry message. I was finally contacted and told that I would be reimbursed half the collision shop bill, about 350 dollars, more than originally promised. She said the finance dept had computer problems and my receipts had been lost, but she would resubmit them and I should get a check in 4 weeks. 2 months later and nothing. No responses to messages now. I would have rather the dealership just denied my request from the beginning instead of drag me along for 5 months with false promises. I did the collision repairs based on THEIR promise to pay some portion of the bill. If you buy a used vehicle from this dealersip, do not expect any support after the purchase. More

AT FIRST THE TRUCK (X6) I WANTED WAS NOT IN STOCK SO MS EUNA TRIED HER VERY BEST TO LOCATE A TRUCK WITH ALL MY WISH LIST. MS EUNA LOCATED ONE THAT FIT MY STYLE BUT I COULDN'T AFFORD IT. A WEEK AFTER I GOT A CALL AND A VOICEMAIL FROM MS EUNA STATES SHE FOUND A BEAUTIFUL BABY FOR ME AND I AM GOING TO LOVE IT BUT I NEEDED TO COME LOOK AT IT. WHEN I SAW THAT X6 I WAS SO IN LOVE I TOLD HER ITS MINE AND MY PAPERWORK WAS ALREADY PUT INORDER. I CAME TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE AND I WAS GREETED WITH SO MUCH LOVE, I EVEN GOT TO ENTER A RAFFLE AT THE DEALER. AFTER I DROVE OFF WITH MY TRUCK I HAVE RECEIVED EMAIL AND FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND MS EUNA TELLING ME THANKS TO BE APART OF THE BMW FAMILY, IT WAS SO COMFORTING DEALING WITH THE STAFF. A salesman approached in a friendly manner and offered assistance, and I'm really happy he did. Sean Mohammed was the salesman who assisted me in purchasing my new car. I highly recommend him. Throughout the buying process I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He answered all my questions, and took me on a test drive twice. When it was time to negotiate I feel it was a win-win for the dealership and me. They worked with me on my trade-in as well as on a fair price for the new car. After the deal was done the registration, insurance and financial paperwork was executed quickly yet thoroughly, and I was driving my new car that very day with no regrets. If you’re looking for a new/used car make sure you visit BMW of Tenafly. Ask for Sean, he's the best! More

I would like to thank all of the staff for their exceptional services and professionalism at BMW of Tenafly; especially Stephen Hourican and Cristali Fernandez. They are the best team I ever worked with!! Stephen is very prefessional and he made me feel very comfortable while finalizing my leasing process. Steven has helped me a lot on deciding which dealership to choose and which one is worth my trust for the next 3 years. Unlike most of the salespeople I have dealt with my previous years at BMW, he was exceptionally supportive, gentle and reasonable that I did not hesitate to switch off my dealership at first visit. Cristali, she is the best! She is such a smart, loving, caring salesperson I have ever met!! She is very honest and understands how hard it could be for a woman to deal with numbers at a dealership. She truly is open hearted and more than willing to help me seek for reasonable prices at my preference, just like her manager, Stephen Hourican. She knows what she is doing while getting the deal go right without wasting each others time arguing over monthly payment and initial payment. She will not play you with false numbers. She is very straight forwarded and clear on what she can do for you. at BMW of Tenafly. you won't regret spending your time checking them out for your next car because you will end up signing that paper worry-free!
