Absolutely outstanding experience! My experience with BMW of Tenafly, and particularly with Ms. Euna Wilson, also Angelo Renzulli and Landon Greer, was above and beyond exceptional! My plans were to just begin a wide search for a used 2017 X-5, but 15 minutes after walking in to this dealership and being treated so well and professionally by Euna and her colleagues, I was ready to begin and end my search at this dealership. Euna handled everything in the most excellent, professional manner - her courtesy, her straightforward and friendly attitude, no pressure, and her ability to handle my trade-in, the paperwork, and all the details went so smoothly, I found the whole process to be a pleasure! She followed through with me after the purchase and made sure I knew that they are always available to assist with anything that might come up. Throughout the years I have bought and leased cars from several dealerships, and BMW of Tenafly stands head and shoulders above the rest with their exceptional staff, approach, and courteous atmosphere. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to family and friends, as well as drive a long distance just for routine service appointments, or anything else, in the future. I am so glad I did! The entire energy of the dealership is very friendly, casual, and professional. I ended up getting an awesome lease deal on a 2017 750i . My sales person Marlen was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process and had a great personality. The Sales Manager Jason was just as amazing and was able to accommodate my needs and requirements on the lease structure. What a pleasurable experience and I would urge anyone to pay them a visit before you lease or buy your next BMW.
