Love this dealership! I want to reiterate what an exceptional experience I have received at this dealership over the past few years. My lease is nearing its end, and with I want to reiterate what an exceptional experience I have received at this dealership over the past few years. My lease is nearing its end, and with the help of my sales adviser (Angelo Guerriero) I decided to buy out the car. I have loved driving my '14 535 xi M-Sport, and I find no reason to buy/lease a brand new one since this one is in such great condition. BMW of Tenafly made the buyout process go seamlessly. They inspected the car (as part of the CPO inspection), and performed some extra services for me to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I now own my vehicle, and have an extra 2 years added onto the warranty. The process is always smooth at this dealership; there are never any surprises (which I have had at other BMW dealerships). BMW of Tenafly has a customer for life, whether through service or new purchases/leases in the future. Thanks again. More

Great experience Being a previous customer of another BMW dealer in the local area and having a bad experience there, I decided to give Tenafly a try. As soon as I walked in, the reception called for the next available sales rep but instead was greeted by warmly by Jason Lee, the Sayles Manager. He noticed less then thrilled face which should not be the case when buying a new car but he turned things around quick. He set my mind at ease and made my car buying experience the best one I have ever had. With Jason's guidance, I ended up doing a custom build exactly the way I wanted it (they were sold out) on a 2017 530xi and I cannot wait until it comes in!
