I purchased a BMW 530xi back in 2009 and the experience back then was great. I leased a 2017 BMW X5 now back in April and once again I had an excellent experience. I was searching for several days in many different dealerships and Tenafly was just better than the rest. They provided me with all the necessary information to any question I had and continue to provide excellent service. The entire process of leasing (this was my first leased vehicle) was explained thoroughly and the entire process went very smooth. They also provided me a great offer and didn't put any pressure on me to have to buy right away. I would highly recommend BMW of Tenafly to anyone who asks. More

And can't forget Gem Camorongan who is always there for me and makes my service appointments a pleasure. I have never had a better car experience and hope to have many more. A pleasant experience! I worked with Angelo for my new BMW X3 and he was attentive to my needs and didn't try to oversell beyond what I was looking for. He knew when to reac I worked with Angelo for my new BMW X3 and he was attentive to my needs and didn't try to oversell beyond what I was looking for. He knew when to reach out to the manager and didn't waste my time by stalling and he was willing to work with me to make the deal work. I had received an offer a month ago and it was lower than what Angelo was originally quoting but he worked with Jason, who was the sales manager, to honor the original quote and also pushed through to make sure I can get the best value for my trade-in-car, X1. When I got to the finance team to sign the papers, I expected additional sales of the various programs that BMW offers (tire wheel program, protection programs, etc.) but Landon, finance associate, went through the information and recommended only if I needed it. My previous experience with a different BMW dealership was that the finance guy made up every possible scenario to sell these protection products but Landon simply ran through the information so I can make informed judgment. I will certainly return back to Tenafly BMW for my next BMW and recommend this dealership for their outstanding customer service. More
