Having bought many vehicles over the years this was quite refreshing. As for the CPO program and the extended warranty they made sure there would be no misunderstanding. The vehicle was in tip top condition and I was given a copy of the CPO report showing the details of my cars' rating. I traveled a considerable distance to this dealer and it was worth the effort. I met Euna, who was friendly and professional, after shopping around for weeks in search of the right convertible. Minutes after our initial meeting, and a cup of coffee, I relaxed and began to enjoy the car buying experience. I appreciate that Euna was informative, honest, patient and low pressured in her sales approach. Having explored several other brands of convertibles, I was now leaning towards increasing my budget to buy a BMW. trust,comfort and gently welcome I met Alain in the beginning of august while i was looking for a x5. After talking to him for a while ,i figured out that he is Armenian from Turke I met Alain in the beginning of august while i was looking for a x5. After talking to him for a while ,i figured out that he is Armenian from Turkey. so I started to talk to him in Turkish. For him to speak both languages makes everything easier for people who are Armenian and Turkish.It builts a lot of trust and comfort,especially if you are dealing with a person like Alain.
