2017 BMW 320i I went in to BMW of tenafly and my sales representative, Angelo, was very helpful and accommodating upon my entry. He asked me what budget I had and what type of car I needed with any specific options. From there on he gave me a bunch of cars and followed up with me a bunch of times which helped me find the perfect fit for my first BMW lease! Manager Jason Lee was also very respectful and helped out to really finish off the deal. I was looking to get to a certain price range and he did his best to get me to there. We finally closed a deal! Landon Greer (Finance manager) was really good at all the paperwork and on point to make sure it all got done with great understanding. All three employees were outstanding and I will be coming back to BMW of Tenafly a lot for future cars! Highly recommend this BMW dealer over any others in the area. More

Don was the sales guy who really rolled out the red carpet and assisted me with all my needs. In addition, he has great energy, very charismatic and came off honest as opposed to just trying to make a sale. He even made certain I was fed since I was at the dealer for what felt like the entire day! :) Such a pleasure to work with. Sean assisted in facilitating the loan, as there were some minor challenges due to a bit of change in credit score. Needless to say, he did what he could to make the deal work while also looking out for my best interest and was pleasant while doing so. This is not my first great experience with Sean, as I previously leased a vehicle with him about 5 years ago when he was also in sales. Due to him returning to BMW Tenafly, I decided to renew my lease with this dealer because I've been so impressed with him over the years! All that said, I was very happy with my vehicle in addition to the overall experience. It's so refreshing to visit a dealer and leave feeling good about your decision to get a vehicle with them as opposed to feeling like you just got manipulated and stuck up by a sales guy! LOL More

I realized they were charging me more for my truck, and their service was ok. The moment I walked into Tenafly BMW, Ernesto was very pleasant and very informative. I told him what I was looking for, and he and his manager Jason Lee got me a truck with an amazing deal. They didn't pressure me to make a decision, which made the process even better. Even though the dealership is 30 miles away from me, they now have a customer for life. I would definitely recommend Tenafly BMW to all of my family and friends! More
