Just what I'd expect form a very professional team. Jake took over on the finance and detailed all my options on insurance and why it would be important to have things covered. Easy, simple and great deals on all the options. I signed the papers and was out in 15 minutes. can't beat that. When the paperwork was done, Euna took over and walked me through all the gadgets on the car .. and there were many. Made it simple, relevant and did not let me go until she made sure I knew where important things are and how to operate them. Once again proving that dealing with pros is the only way to go. Another incredible experience .. I just picked up my 6th vehicle (over the past 10 years) from Ricki Shamen at BMW of Tenafly. Despite the dealership being an hour from my home (and I just picked up my 6th vehicle (over the past 10 years) from Ricki Shamen at BMW of Tenafly. Despite the dealership being an hour from my home (and other BMW dealerships being much closer), I can’t imagine using any other salesperson or dealership for my BMW sales needs. Ricki is an unbelievable ambassador for the BMW brand and the Penske Automotive Group. Her level of customer service, her knowledge base and her commitment to customer loyalty is something I value more and more with each new vehicle.
