Had been working w/ Marlend for a few months now. Wanted an X5 M50i but then booked an iX a few months back, hoping that the vehicle would get to production before Nov'22 but did not. And then an X5 M50i showed up in the inventory with all the spec matching my preference. I could not get it for my target price but Marlend was kind enough to consider a couple of thousands discount as my b'day gift. Showed up at the dealership at 3:00 PM for a test drive and drove my new X5 by 6:30 PM. Down payment, Financing, Contract/Paper work were all seamless and completed in quick time. Charles Carmona simplified the finance process, having the paperwork ready for me to go and not upselling me on anything that I didn’t need for my new car. Finally, Dylan Ferraro helped me settle into my new car, showing me all of the features of the vehicle and providing personalized recommendations based on what I was using the car for. I have been driving a BMW for 30 years and BMW of Tenafly is by far the best dealership I have worked with. Their staff is available and ready to help. Ricki Shamen is my sales person for the only car I wi is by far the best dealership I have worked with. Their staff is available and ready to help. Ricki Shamen is my sales person for the only car I will ever drive .She has always made it possible to find the exact car I wanted and have it ready in a few days This year was different, shortages were making things very difficult to find. My usual color silver was no longer available. Ricki showed me every color available including the differences be the whites. She looked at every car that was in line to ship and called to explain what car had what. She told me the car I prefer was just about ready to ship and she will let me know when it was on the water. They were saying give it a month. My white 535i arrived in 30 days. I was delighted. I love my car, my wonderful sales person and BMW of Tenafly More
