Another incredible experience .. I just picked up my 6th vehicle (over the past 10 years) from Ricki Shamen at BMW of Tenafly. Despite the dealership being an hour from my home (and I just picked up my 6th vehicle (over the past 10 years) from Ricki Shamen at BMW of Tenafly. Ricki is an unbelievable ambassador for the BMW brand and the Penske Automotive Group. Her level of customer service, her knowledge base and her commitment to customer loyalty is something I value more and more with each new vehicle.
