I went in to test drive the car on a Friday afternoon, and I drove away with it from the dealership the next morning. We did a quick, fair low-pressure deal and I'm very happy with the car. Although we recently moved to CT, we chose to return because we had such a positive experience over the life of our previous lease. Ernesto Motta was fantastic, we were able to do the transaction almost entirely over the phone to minimize the travel and wait time. When we arrived for pickup, the car was as advertised, no hassle or hidden fees. Also, Ernesto did his best to respect our time and get the deal done quickly. We highly recommend the dealership, great customer service from management, sales to finance. More

Turned a bad experience into a great one It was time for a new lease and i was so displeased by another sales person how they would not work with me on the price to get the new 5series. We we It was time for a new lease and i was so displeased by another sales person how they would not work with me on the price to get the new 5series. We were about to just give the car back and never come back. My daughter spotted a good deal on a x3 and we had Alan finalize the deal, he really made everything so easy and communicated everything perfectly. He didn’t sugar coat anything. Super nice guy and would recommend him to anyone. He also speaks Turkish and Armenian so he can help in any language. If you want a hassle free deal with someone id highly recommend Alan. More
