We visited several dealerships, but finally the vehicle we wanted was available at BMW of Tenafly, which was a bit far from where we lived. We decided however to go the distance, and it was in fact the best decision we made. The sales person (Arletta Conabee) was so courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with us, she answered all our questions about the vehicle, and she was not rushed at all. The pricing of the vehicle was just right, and we felt this was a truly memorable experience, I would highly recommend this dealership in case you plan to purchase a BMW...you will not be disappointed> More

Scott ran through multiple options, configuration and finance, and gave us time to consider without being pushy at all. Once we made our selection we came back with our son to take the car home - we kept it as a surprise for him, saying we were there to service the old car, and Scott was a great sport and played along with it with a great sense of humor. Sean in finance explained everything clearly and made the transaction smooth and easy. Since taking the car home we have reached out to Scott with a few questions and he is super responsive, always replying within minutes. The car by the way, drives like a dream. More
