We walked in at the end of the day when most sales reps would have given us a "rush" intro before closing but not Tony. He is knowledgeable, patient, warm, courteous, hard working and a big part of my husband and I leaving BMW of Tenafly with the impression of a "full" luxury service experience. Tony made it clear that part of buying this vehicle at this dealership was that we were also buying a high level of service. We were impressed by everyone that we came in contact with. From the finance manager, to the product specialist—they were all VERY knowledgeable with excellent communication skills and... they LISTEN.
