Purchased my car from here because many others had recommended it. Service dept is fairly friendly, and if you ask, you can go into shop and talk to the tech working on your car.<br><br>They supposed recommended it. Service dept is fairly friendly, and if you ask, you can go into shop and talk to the tech working on your car.<br><br>They supposedly sponsor several BMW CCA (NJ Chapter) events here, including tech sessions.<br><br>Customer service is quite good, they all try to please customers. I believe they can do better, though.<br><br>Hard to get a bimmer loaner, only 30 BMW cars avail for loaners. Sometimes you'll end up going through Enterprise Rentals that has an office onsite. More
