This was my first time leasing a car and the process was extremely streamlined and easy, not to mention I got a great deal! When it was time to pick up my car, Angelo spent a solid hour walking me through all of the car's features making sure that I would drive away confidant! I was treated very well by all BMW employees, including Kimberly Cain, who could not have been for helpful, honest, & efficient with regard to the financing. I told Victor Sousa I'm having an issue with my vehicle. He had Sandra (Service Manager) give me a call (which was within a matter of minutes). I was given a beautiful loaner for the day; the very next day Robert called for me to pick up my vehicle.
