I am a Manhattan resident and I switched from BMW of Manhattan to BMW of Tenafly because of their outstanding customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure you entire service experience is ex Manhattan to BMW of Tenafly because of their outstanding customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure you entire service experience is exceptional. On one occassion, I had just arrived at my office for an important morning meeting and was not able to put the rear window up on a morning that a "Noreaster" was forecasted for the NY/NJ metropolitan area. I called BMW of Tenafly and spoke to Sandra and explained that my power window needed to be repaired, but that I was not going to be free from my meeting until that afternoon and would not be able to bring the car in. I also expressed concern that interior of my car would be damaged during the storm since my window was down. Sandra told me to hold on and that she was going to find a solution. After a few minutes, Sandra came back on the line and told me that they were going to have someone drive to my office and pick up my car and drop off a loaner for me. I was speechless! My office is located about 35 minutes from BMW of Tenafly. I could not believe they would do that for me! They were able to pick up my car that morning and drop off the loaner before the storm started. My car was repaired and ready for pickup that evening after work. I would recommend this dealerhsip for all your service needs. They do exceptional work and really do go the extra mile to make the entire service process as painless as possible. This is my 4th vehicle purchase from this dealerhip and what I love most is the friendly staff and the customer service. I have a dealership 15 minutes from my home, but instead of using them I drive 1 and 1/2 hours to this dealership because of the relstionship I have developed over the years. John Collins is amazing! He is always honest, respectful, and professional. Any time I call him he calls me right back and has an answer for each question I ask him. He is one of the reasons I am so loyal to this dealership. Sandra Pilavdjian is another person who has made my experience with the dealership positive. When my car is being serviced she always arranges for me to have a loaner car without any delay. The cars are always clean and well kept. In addition, John Viola, Service and Parts Director, is another reason why I remain loyal to the dealership. He always makes the time to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience, and each time I emailed him he personally answered each one of them. Overall, if you are a die heart BMW driver and looking for a dealership that will make your driving experience wonderful then look no further!!! More

Was greeted by Sandra had a car for service then decided perhaps time to change to a new one. She introduced me to Roland and GM Victor. I really liked the deal they gave me and GM was so nice and friendly you could hardly tell he is the GM. Very nice again and professional if I can find any other words will add how great they were. Being from the DC area, I had talked to a number of local dealers and was unable to work out any reasonable deal for a CPO 5 series. Then I saw a listing online for a car that had everything I was looking f dealers and was unable to work out any reasonable deal for a CPO 5 series. Then I saw a listing online for a car that had everything I was looking for. I called BMW Tenafly and spoke with Rick Young. We very quickly and easily worked out a deal over the phone. I told Rick that I was hesitant to drive all the way up to NJ if he couldnt assure me that the deal would go through as we agreed. When I got up there, sure enough, there was no backtracking and Rick and the management of BMW Tenafly honored the deal as is with no surprises. And it was a great deal and one I NEVER would have been able to get with the dealers in my area. Rick was extremely helpful through the whole process and he is most definitely a straight shooter. I drove my new car home to DC that day with a smile on my face the whole way home. I highly recommend Rick and the team at BMW Tenafly. More

Roland Llupa undermines all the sterotyping of car salesman. He presented as very knowledgeable, eager to be helpful and above all a man of intergrity. Since their was family pressure for me to buy another brand of car ( my husband is clearly a Mercedes Audi type), Roland really closed the deal for me. As I indicated to you, with my current educational style no one gets a perfect 10, and Roland is not the kind of person to indicate the excessive high rating needed. So, I now give him a perfect 10. Getting a new car is always a difficult undertaking. For us it is especially daunting since we have to get two cars at the same time. This my second time working with Angelo and the experience was seamless us it is especially daunting since we have to get two cars at the same time. This my second time working with Angelo and the experience was seamless. I only had to make one visit to finalize a deal on two five series. I typically shop around to make sure that we are getting the best possible price, and Angelo unlike every other dealer that I have worked with cut through the nonsense and helped me work out the numbers that fit my budget. I would strongly recommend Angelo for his integrity and professionalism. More
