Been purchased 5 BMW in Tenafly, my BMW X3 been in service for 6 days now for what the said parts recall. Mr Vincent Joseph send me an e-mail stating that I can Trade-In my car with zero down with newer X3, me and my wife decided to get a brand new one. my salesman Mr. Ramon Moreno trying to convinced us with higher price with zero down but were afraid we couldn't afford the monthly payment. we walked away. my walked back to finally get the car on their price but this time Mr. Ramon Moreno told my wife that now he wants to get a down payment of $10,000 we drove home really disappointed where's the respect and costumer loyalty discount? More

Instead of crossing their Ts, they moved completely backwards ran my credit, removed my trade in tags, detailed my new car, approved me and then realized that they didn’t know how to do trade ins with Maryland registration. I’m so taken aback by incompetence. Never again! They didn’t apologize for having me at the dealership for 7 hours- 2 days… CRAZY. More
