The problem of this place is the mechanics and the management. I have a feeling that they would select/recommend expensive repairs but pay less attention to the issues which bring the car to the serv management. Whatever you do, do not buy from BMW of Tenafly. They sold me a vehicle that they knew was defective and now will not fix it. I love this dealership, only place I'd ever buy my car and I live 60 miles away. I bought my first M3 in 2022 when I lived next to Tenafly and the whole experience was amazing and by far the best dealersh and I live 60 miles away. I bought my first M3 in 2022 when I lived next to Tenafly and the whole experience was amazing and by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with in 20 plus years of driving. So when looking for a new M4cs I called Tenafly first, now 60 miles away, and once again they exceeded all my expectations and delivered once again. I couldn't recommend BMW of Tenafly any more, dealing with Marlend, Stephen, and Landon was an absolute pleasure and look forward to doing business with them again regardless of how far away I live, lol. More
