You took away the loaner vehicle that I always used when bringing my car for service. Instead, I had to stay there for hours waiting for it. I bought my cars at Reeves because you always gave us a loaner. My wife and I both have bought over 10 cars at this location. This will effect our decision on where we buy our next BMW. We'll shop at different BMW dealers. We never shopped around for our BMWs because we always liked Reeves. Also, the windscreen on the new M440i is a piece of garbage. It has already broken twice. We barely take it out, but both times it broke. I'm not paying to replace it again. We have had 4 convertibles and the never had issues with the windscreen. The service dept also made us bring the car back 3 times just to replace the windscreen in a car that was brand new. This new one is pure garbage. I've also brought my X5 back 2 times for issues and they were never fixed. We're not happy with the service. It's changed under the new owner. Mrs Reeves and Roger Balan always took care of us. More

I purchased the certified preowned vehicle on 4/21/22. The vehicle had a required service 9 days later with an alarming warning in the screen. I took it in 6/1 to learn that it needed $900 work. I would expect someone to at least explain to me that I needed to spend $900, 9 days after the purchase. They did change the oil for free but I had to spend $200 for an inspection to get the light to go off. I also had to forgo the other recommended maintenance to avoid paying the money. I’m very very disappointed that a certified preowned BMW would be sold to me in this condition. The service woman was very nice and helpful but at the end of the day I’m out $200 and still have recommended maintenance to be done. I am very dissatisfied and will likely never buy another BMW again. Likely my first, last and only experience with BMW. More
