Brain was a great service advisor but I had a huge issue with applying bmw card! They stopped giving instant access and I only applied the card to get extra points! Messing with peoples credit should not be this easy! I was told that I could use it and I got nothing but not genuine sorry for their mistake! I’m definitely trying other bmw services from now on!
