This was my second time coming back for a recall fix. 1st time I was told it was a two hour wait, I asked if I could get a loaner to head back to work, they said they weren’t sure, so I said thank you, n 1st time I was told it was a two hour wait, I asked if I could get a loaner to head back to work, they said they weren’t sure, so I said thank you, not today and I left. 2nd appointment I was supposed to get a loaner for me to go back to work, well, the guys at the rental desk asked me to wait around 20min for a loaner car to show up. I went to my service advisor to ask for my key back, I grabbed my key and left. I’m a busy professional that doesn’t have the time to keep coming to the dealer for a recall that is not my fault and there I’m waisting driving time and visits. This is a $120K vehicle, I’m expecting top service. The advisor asked me, why didn’t you tell me that your were in a hurry. Does it look like I’m a tourist on vacation with nothing else to do but to hang out around the dealership? No thank you. I’m expecting the best service without me asking for it. You are BMW. This is for a 2022 3 month old X7 M series. More
