I spent two days back and forth between various dealerships looking at SUVs. My last stop was BMW of Tampa. Thank goodness I stopped there and found my perfect car, thanks to JZ. He is by far the best sales representative I have worked with in my life. I had a pleasant experience and he found me the right car. He wasted no time and bested the competition in every area. Looks like I'm a BMW guy now, thanks to JZ, Tonsel and the crew at BMW of Tampa. Andrew (Adam) 911Studios www.YouTube.com/911Reviews More

JULY 13, 2023 As with some other raters, I give a 1-star, ONLY because there aren't any '0's. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, BEWARE, YOU ARE NOW WARNED! IF you like an unresponsive, non-transp 1-star, ONLY because there aren't any '0's. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, BEWARE, YOU ARE NOW WARNED! IF you like an unresponsive, non-transparent, management this IS the place for you, to get taken advantage of. However, I must say the sales rep Justino IS great, but after that it skids to the very bottom. Tried to buy car from out state and it was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever had with any dealer over 30 years of working with dealers across the U.S. FIRST you think you've arrived at the buying price. But wait, then there's all the add-on fees: "Tampa Advantage" $1,995 for exterior coating, interior protection--a tactic used to build back profit from initial lower price you thought you'd be getting! Then lot's of extra fees: taxable fees, non-taxable fees, deal doc fee another $1,198! At other dealers usually around $700. Then, I asked 4-times to see the final sales agreement "build sheet" (showing all the costs). They would never send it to me (I'm out of state buyer). Also, they wanted to charge me a Florida "tag fee" which is for FL buyers and temp license, as out state buyer I don't need that. But they said I HAD to pay it anyway because it's "programmed in their system!" I asked for service dept's buyer pre-inspection sheet showing the rating of car on 100pts of condition -- NOPE, wouldn't show me like other dealers do. We finally arrived at what I thought was the finish line, NOPE! It was to be in my business' asset, so they wanted proof I owned my business --- I'm wiring CASH what business is it of there's! So, I did send proof of business ownership from my state. We're not done, the worst is yet to come. They're sending the final documents to a notary public in my area, they're going to show me the final sales agreement figures with some 20 pages to sign EACH page! NOT DONE YET! Then, they want my FINGERPRINT taken by notary to prove who I am! Bear in mind, they've already rec'd copies of both my state driver's license and an insurance card for the vehicle I'm trying to buy! Hmmm. fingerprint, now why would they want that? What are they going to do with it? How will it be kept secure and out of hands of some fraud scheme? Just doesn't pass the smell test, folks Finally, I asked GM to waive the fingerprinting, NOPE! GM refused, and they lost the sale we'd spent about 2.5 weeks working on (because of all the different pieces of info they kept asking for). Sad for salesmen, Justino, he worked hard on the deal and now he's out of a commission... So, buyer BEWARE, you've been WARNED on how this group operates --- if you like being a "pinata" you'll love the buying experience as they pick your pockets and infringe on your privacy. More

When we bought our first X5, we had many service issues in the shop about five times. I called today for the new X3 we purchased and was told there is now a $35.00 fee, and we are out of the service area—a complete 180 from when they sold us the original two cars. Beware of false claims made by the dealership. More
Regrettably have to change my initial assessment. It is now four weeks since I received the new car and gave my old car to the dealership. As of yet, they have not given me the check for the old car. It is now four weeks since I received the new car and gave my old car to the dealership. As of yet, they have not given me the check for the old car. Until now in my life, the value of an old car was always immediately accredited and wrapped into the car loan. Not that one waits 4+ weeks and doesn’t have the money for the old car. Worse yet, I began inquiring for when I would receive check five days ago, and I am being ignored. Don’t even get a reply when I get to check. How disrespectful. More
