People are always very nice and knowledgeable. Service for a popped front tire took longer than expected. The car got towed to dealer on a Friday late afternoon and we had to wait until Monday to Service for a popped front tire took longer than expected. The car got towed to dealer on a Friday late afternoon and we had to wait until Monday to pick it up. Also had to replace both back tires at 10,000 miles on a car that came straight from factory!! That was a bit shocking and unheard of. It’s my first BMW. I’m a 45 yr old female so not a “spirited” driver as the tires were referenced. My hope is that these tires last a lot longer! More

Kevin, Kathleen and Daniel coordinated the purchase and delivery of our new car, we’re helpful every step of the way and were generous with a loaner prior to the completion of the purchase. Once out of the hospital my husband couldn’t travel or interact with people directly and I couldn’t leave him alone. Without their assistance I could not have managed. We had no intention of purchasing a new car at this time however they made this experience as seamless as possible and we are grateful for their compassion and flexibility. Kudos to BMW of Tampa!
