Having worked a great many years in the Service industry, it is my experience that Customer Service (when it is good) is truly under-rated, and (when it is bad) is virtually always punished. With that in mind, I would like to level the playing field by congratulating Greg Larsen (Sales), Hector Rosina (Financing and Ultimate Care) and Chelsea Symon Burke (Technology Enablement) on the outstanding service that my wife and received during our X5 purchase this past Saturday. From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, it was clear that they have developed a well orchestrated process, that they executed efficiently and effectively - they make a great team! Each if them took the time to answer (and in some cases repeat) the questions we had; this was most helpful in the case of the in-car Technology Enablement. Based on that experience, I have no reservation about recommending for your next vehicle purchase. More
Came in with 3 issues. 2 of the issues were properly addressed. 3rd issue was not. I specifically said I believed my front left wheel bearing was making noise. I was told, 2 of the issues were properly addressed. 3rd issue was not. I specifically said I believed my front left wheel bearing was making noise. I was told, “it might be showing premature signs of wear” or something along those lines and it was recommended I replace my tires on my front left and back left to address the noise. I replaced my tires outside of the BMW service to due to the massive up charge I was quoted at. I went ahead and got 4 brand new tires. Had the tires installed. Same noise persisted. Made another appointment with BMW to address the noise. Went for a drive with a mechanic when I came back and within 100 yards of driving he said, “oh yea your wheel bearings need to be replaced, I hear in the left definitely and a little in the right.” I am not angry about having to replace my tires, I am disappointed that the car was not properly diagnosed the first time. Especially when I said specifically what I thought it was my wheel bearings and it was fairly obvious that was the main cause of the noise. When I take my car to bmw and pay higher services fees, I expect the highest quality service, I did not receive that. More

My salesman (Keith Roberts) and the car (X5M) are awesome! Your $2k “performance package” add on to all cars (aka “profit package”) is bogus and will have me thinking twice about ever coming back. awesome!
