My representative, Michael, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to keep me updated on the progress of my service. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and the only positive part of my exp went above and beyond to keep me updated on the progress of my service. He was absolutely wonderful to work with and the only positive part of my experience. I came in for an oil change and wash with a 1p appointment. When I called I was told this would take around an hour to complete, so I decided to wait at the dealership. I waited over 3.5 hours! The issue as I was told was that one of the care washes was broken, so I was in queue for the wash. After 3.5 hours, I was expecting my car to be spotless, but there was still noticeable dirt on the exterior. Worst of all, the interior was dirtier than when I dropped it off. The floors were vacuumed, but the technician left grease marks in several areas on the leather and it looks like wax was dripped on the cup holder and console. I literally had to have it cleaned again. Very disappointing for a “luxury” car dealership. More
