The dealership has always done the work on time, have been friendly and extremely helpful. Mason has been SO easy to work with and helpful. Def would recommend a trip there for your Rover now or a future one. More

I cannot recommend Reeves BMW I scheduled an appointment online for 8/19/15 for my initial 1200 mile service. I arrived a bit early for my 9 AM appt., so I was asked to wait in the I scheduled an appointment online for 8/19/15 for my initial 1200 mile service. I arrived a bit early for my 9 AM appt., so I was asked to wait in their lounge until my service advisor (Joe Torres) could get to me. I was finally greeted by him approx. 9:30 AM (30 minutes after my scheduled time), and after taking care of the formalities, he asked me to wait in the lounge, stating that it would take roughly 1.5 hours to complete the service to my car. Long story short, the car was not finished in the allotted time. Not even close. After having waited a total of 4.5 hrs. since I had arrived at the dealership, I was starting to get a bit irritated, as I was the only remaining customer in the waiting area. So, I approached Joe Torres and asked him what was taking so long. I found it a bit odd, but he didn’t even seem to recognize the fact that I had been waiting HOURS after the approximated time he’d previously given me. With a look of quasi-bewilderment on his face, absent any semblance of an apologetic demeanor, he went to the back to find out where the tech was with my car. Upon returning, he said he had some bad news, telling me that the tech hadn’t even started on the service yet! Needless to say, I was now pretty upset, considering the length of time I’d been waiting, compounded by not only my service advisor’s seeming indifference, but the fact that work had not even begun after over 4 hours had passed. Shake my freaking head… I was also a bit puzzled when I wasn’t even given an option of a loaner. No, all I received was a half-a**ed apology from Joe, who couldn’t for the life of him figure out why the tech had gone to lunch without even starting on my car. When I asked him why he didn’t follow-up with me when the 1.5 hrs. had passed, he couldn’t answer that question either. Wow. Color me absolutely amazed. As someone who has operated multi-million dollar businesses in the past, I can’t even begin to fathom how Reeves BMW service could fail me, their customer, at every conceivable turn. Actually I can, but I’ll leave that to the expertise of their Service Manager to figure out. In closing, this has been, unequivocally, the single worst experience in my 25+ years of bringing my cars in for service… anywhere. In my humble opinion, I cannot, for the life of me, recommend their service department to even my worst enemy. I’ve bought two cars from Reeves in the last six months, had several of my cars worked on by their Motorsports division, but after this horrible experience at Reeves BMW, they have lost my business forever. More
Oil leaked after first service on X5 i took my $72k X5 which I purchased from Reeves to them for its first service today. Service was prompt at 10 and took exactly the 2 hours estimated. i took my $72k X5 which I purchased from Reeves to them for its first service today. Service was prompt at 10 and took exactly the 2 hours estimated. Mileage was 4410 at 15 months. I made it 100 miles before a low oil, add a quart NOW warning appeared on my navigation display. A domestic dealer in Haines City gave me 2 quarts of synthetic oil as specified by my service associate. The mechanic checked and found oil was leaking and advised I go straight back to the dealership which had changed my oil hours ago. I made it there with the warning again on the display. The Service Manager took the car right away and 40 minutes later claimed that it was caused by a defective O ring on the BMW filter and that one had to stretch the O ring to see the nick in it. After 75 minutes I got my car back and learned that the story the Sales Manage told me wasn't actually true. So I now have 3 BMWs from Reeves and I have to find a new dealership for service that has integrity. I neglected to mention that I had to ask for an apology from the Service Manager. Sales was great but the service leaves a lot to be desired. More

Horrendous Experience The worst experience I have ever had was at this dealership. I have a leased BMW from them and go in regularly for my servicing. I WAS considering upgrading in a few months to the X5 however, I refuse to do further business with Reeves. I will find another BMW dealership with better customer service. When someone is clearly a customer of yours and they show up looking for help, I expect courtesy and a willingness to assist. I was greeted with an over the shoulder "they close at 7" and immediate return to meaningless conversation. When I finally ventured in to the front desk, the attendant was missing and the same Reeves employee who ignored me earlier, bypassed me and sought out help for a couple in my exact predicament. I was stunned and offended as to why I was being totally ignored. Is it because I was a younger female? Well, Reeves...you know nothing about me. I am a very well known doctor in our community with a vast social circle of young professionals, all with expendable income and no responsibilities. I get a new car every 3 years and was planning on being a lifelong customer of yours. After the way I was treated today, I will no longer be conducting further business with Reeves. More
Terrible STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE SERVICE, EVERYTIME I COME OUT OF THERE MY CAR HAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT. On 24 March 2015 I took STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. NOTHING BUT TERRIBLE SERVICE, EVERYTIME I COME OUT OF THERE MY CAR HAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT. On 24 March 2015 I took my 2012 528I for maintenance to Reeves BMW Tampa (109 East Fowler, Tampa FL 33612) where they replaced my front rotors and brake pads and my check engine light and TPS warning is on and according to them it was the right hand side wheel and tire sensor which they took out and inspected, I choose not to replace the sensor because the price is outrageous. I replaced the factory sensor and I took it somewhere else and the warnings didn't go away and here is what happened. I picked up my car on Friday 27 March 2015 around 4:00pm. While I was driving on my way home I noticed my car swerving to the right and I decided to stop because I almost got into an accident. When I checked the back right hand side tire I was missing the valve cap and the tire was completely flat and the reason been was that whoever work on my car didn't put air back on it. I was not able to see it because it was raining and I have low profile tires, plus my car just got out of a BMW dealership which I supposed everything is in place (NOT) and the 2 back tires are one month old. I was lucky enough that I was replacing my front tires the next day and the mechanic was able to repair my cracked wheel and had one of my tires on stocked. REEVES did pay for the tire and the wheel repair. I decided to replace the four TPM sensors with the factory ones that I have in the garage, was not able to reset it from the car and took it to 4 different places and they diagnose stated that the sensors were transmitting but they were not able to reprogram them. Didn't want to go back to REEVES, guess what? I ended up taking back. The check engine light was still on and come to find out by the dealership that the engine light was due to the thermostat, wait a minute but you diagnosed the check engine light to be the TPM sensor the first time I brought the car in. The thermostat was replaced under warranty, lucky me. Warranty that I paid when I bought the car. I'M GETTING RID OF MY BMW BECAUSE I CAN NOT TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN REEVES BMW. HELP THE COSTUMER AND STOPPED CHARGING SO MUCH FOR SOMETHING MINOR, (TPM) SENSORS 119.00 DOLLARS + 35.00 + TAX TO MOUNT THEM, REALLY!!! $659.12 FOR SENSORS? OH AND THEY OFFERED ME THE MILITARY DISCOUNT, LOL! YOU CAN KEEP THE DISCOUNT AND THE SENSORS. I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT REEVES BMW IN TAMPA. YOU CAN KEEP THE VALVE CAPS. More

SCAM !! STOLE my money DO NOT purchase a vehicle at Reeves Import Motorparts in Tampa on North Florida Ave. I went in to purchase used BMW and Paul the salesman and I agreed DO NOT purchase a vehicle at Reeves Import Motorparts in Tampa on North Florida Ave. I went in to purchase used BMW and Paul the salesman and I agreed on price. He then collected my downpayment in a check and brought me to finance guy who guaranteed I would get financed. ( never signed a contract) They then told me I was approved and they needed a form which I left at home and was going to fax to them the next day. They said they would hold my check secure in my folder. Next day I called Paul that I didn't want vehicle. He said ok no problem we will void your check. Later that day my $8,000 check was CASHED at my bank!!!! I called them outraged and they REFUSED to give me my $8,000 back even though I never signed for vehicle. They claimed that the finance manager didn't want to talk to me!!!! I incurred $75 dollars in bank fees ontop of them STEALING my $8,000!!! NEVER EVER PURCHASE a vehicle here!! They stole from me and its 5 days before Christmas.... What a horrible experience!!!!! More
Great Service during Difficult Time I recently went to Reeves - Land Rover of Tampa, without knowing anything about the dealership. I was visiting my Mom at the nearby Lee Moffitt Cance I recently went to Reeves - Land Rover of Tampa, without knowing anything about the dealership. I was visiting my Mom at the nearby Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and needed some work done on my vehicle. WOW! They are a wonderful bunch of people, and the service was completed in a timely fashion - and it was perfect! Best part, I was able to work while I waited because they have high-speed internet. They have a nice work area, and offer coffee and biscotti while you wait. Definitely a good experience, which is rare when you're spending money for repairs to a vehicle. I plan to drive across the state just to maintain a relationship with this dealership!!! More
